We require all clients to either schedule an appointment to meet with our sales staff or send in the required materials listed below by mail, e-mail or fax.

When calling to schedule an appointment please have the following ready
- Complete name & information (contact person, address & phone numbers)
- What product you are interested in (i.e. railings, gates, etc…)
- Who referred you or how you found us
For the appointment:
1. When, visiting our showroom for your appointment please bring (if available)
- Plan view and rough measurements of the site
- Pictures or digital photo's of the site
- Any design sketches or magazine photo's of designs you like
On standard projects of entry railings and patio railings we are presently 4 - 8 weeks for delivery.
2. When our staff meets with you at your home or business please have
- When our sales staff visits you at your home for an appointment please be advised that we do not have extra pictures or samples to leave with you. For this reason we ask that couples select a time that both can be home to meet with our sales person.
- Any design sketches or magazine photo's of designs you like
Out of state or large projects:
Before calling or sending information please have the following ready
- Complete company information (contact person, address & phone numbers)
- Plan view of all areas requiring fabrication
- Design request (pictures, drawings and or sketches)
- Material requested (steel, aluminum, bronze or stainless steel)
- Location of project for installation cost or shipping
- Estimated delivery time you will need the project to be completed
