Pricing
All our projects are based on time and material. For this reason just knowing the footage on a project is not enough information for us to provide you with a proposal or verbal estimate. We require a 1/3 minimum non-refundable deposit on all orders, and balance to be paid on terms specified in proposal.
We have a minimum charge of $450.00 for installed items due to transportation and setup costs; non installed items are not subject to any minimum order or charge. (ask a sales representative for details and/or exceptions.)
Delivery
All delivery dates are estimated due to weather conditions, company load and acts beyond our control. Promise dates are based on a five day work week excluding holidays. Promise dates are F.O.B. (freight on board) not account for shipping times or delays caused by shipping companies.
Cancellations
Due to custom manufacturing, we cannot accept cancellations. Additionally, because of the nature of natural commodities market, all prices are subject to change without notice.
